Adut Bulgak has re-signed with the Chicago Sky.

Adut Bulgak was signed by the Chicago Sky late in the 2017 season. It is safe to say she made a significant impact straight away.

In her first game which was against the Connecticut Sun, the second year pro collected 14 points, five rebounds and two steals in just 15 minutes. She shot 6-of-10 from the field, making her only free-throw and 3-point attempts.

Unfortunately, this was to be her best performance last year and the last time the Sky won for the season.

What Bulgak brings to the Sky is a quality rebounding presence. In her 12.3 minutes per game on the court, Bulgak collected 25.0 percent of all defensive rebounds on the court.

At 6’4″, the center of out Florida State has good height but is yet to carve out a niche for herself in the WNBA.

This season it is hard to see Bulgak getting enough court time to prove herself. The Sky have Stefanie Dolson and Alaina Coates who should get the bulk of the minutes at center.

However, when coach Amber Stocks puts Bulgak on the court, she knows she is going to get 100 percent effort at all times. As a coach, this is all you can ask for and it means Bulgak will get minutes almost every game.
